Are your products new and authentic?

All the products are guaranteed 100% authentic and brand new. (Please check out the COA on the About Us page)

Figures We work with Medicom Toy and other authentic suppliers, all the KAWS figures comes from Editioned Multiple and Non-Editioned Multiple.

UT Brand Shirts / Hoodies All the UT brand products comes from our local Uniqlo store partners (Tokyo, Shanghai and Hong Kong).

Other Shirts / Hoodies Comes from authentic suppliers.

Accessories All iPhone Cases / AirPods Cases / Stickers and other accessories comes from authentic suppliers.

Sneakers We work with our local Adidas store and original factory (Tokyo, Shanghai and Hong Kong). All the sneakers are guaranteed 100% authentic and brand new with their box and accessories of origin if there are any.

Do you ship worldwide and how long does it take?

– We ship worldwide (over 220 countries) via the most reliable carriers like USPS, FedEx, DHL and CNE.

– Once your order has been prepared and is ready to be shipped (2~4 business days), delivery times are 7~10 business days in Europe/US/CA/AU/Asia and 9~14 business days in other region.

Why my order has not been shipped yet?

– Depending on the peak and periods and/or shipping delays of our partners it is possible that the processing time of the order gets delayed.

– Please not that we always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?
